Please include the student's name on the forms. If 2012 tax returns are not completed, please submit 2011 Federal IRS 1040 tax returns with all schedules and worksheets with a note indicating the anticipated date when the 2012 tax return will be submitted. If your parent(s) have an S Corporation, they will need to submit their Schedule K-1 and 1120S.
