Many families will need to use estimated information in order to meet the preferential filing date. If you complete this form using estimated figures, please indicate this below.  If you complete the FAFSA with estimated figures, please remember to correct your Student Aid Report (SAR) when your Federal tax return is complete.  Please answer each question below.

If you answered "yes" to the previous question, please submit your parent(s) 2012 Federal IRS 1040 tax return with all schedules and worksheets to the financial aid office.  Please include the student's name on the forms.  If 2012 tax returns are not completed, please submit 2011 Federal IRS 1040 tax returns with all schedules and worksheets with a note indicating the anticipated date when the 2012 tax return will be submitted.  If your parent(s) have an S Corporation, they will need to submit their Schedule K-1 and 1120S.
