Come join our Titan family for a two-day visit program! You will have the chance to participate in academic, social, and extracurricular activities to see if IWU is where you'll want to spend your college years.
As you can see below, the event runs from 11:30 a.m. on Friday through 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. On Saturday, you are welcome to extend your visit to include Scholars Day, a full-day family event for admitted students, which requires a separate registration.
*While this is a student-focused program, parents/guardians are welcome to attend a special parent-only admissions presentation/Q&A and campus tour from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. as well as a reception at 4:00 p.m. on Friday. Meal tickets will be provided for any parents wishing to stay on campus for lunch before the presentation.
Students who are unable to arrive in the morning have the option of arriving at 3:00 p.m. Those arriving at 3:00 will not have the opportunity to attend a class, meet with a professor, or take a campus tour.
Friday, April 8th
11:30 a.m. Arrive at Minor Myers Welcome Center (Note: Students must provide their own transportation for this event.)
12:00 p.m. Lunch (Memorial Center - Commons)
1:00-4:00 p.m. Attend classes, meet professors, take a campus tour, and meet briefly with an admissions counselor
3:00 p.m. Alternate arrival time (students arriving at this time will not have the opportunity to attend a class, meet with a professor, or take a campus tour)
4:00 p.m. Q & A panel with current IWU students
4:30 p.m. Meet host, a current IWU student
5:30 p.m. Dinner on campus
8:00 p.m. Evening Event at IWU's Hansen Student Center.
Saturday, April 9th9:30 a.m. Breakfast and Check-out
Optional: 10:00 a.m. Check-in for Scholars Day (separate registration required)
