    MULTICULTURAL WEEKEND - FALL 2013

Multicultural Weekend is an excellent opportunity for students who have a sincere interest in IWU to explore the diverse community, learn more about the institution and experience student life. Participants will have the opportunity to sit in a class, meet with professors, interview with an admissions counselor, participate in IWU clubs and activities, stay the night in a residence hall with current students, eat the food on campus, and meet potential classmates and/or your roommates!

Participants will have the chance to interact with IWU campus leaders from organizations such as Student Senate, BSU (Black Student Union), SALSA (Spanish and Latino/a Student Association), SASA (Southeast Asian Student Association), and SAVVI (a multicultural women's group). Multicultural Weekend begins on Sunday, November 10th (program begins at 5pm) and concludes on Monday, November 11th (program ends at 5pm). The event is free and transportation is provided from most locations. Eligible students will need to bring a sleeping bag, personal belongings, and any necessary spending money (bus transportation and meals are free of cost).

Please note: this event is for high school seniors only, students who have applied for admissions will be given preference. Eligibility is also determined by academic qualifications and available space in the program.

    Registration is no longer available.
